This week, the Centre for Ageing Better released its 2025 State of Ageing report , and for us at PROCare, it couldn't have landed at a more critical time. The data is eye-opening, the message is urgent, and the direction is clear, we must act now.

The rain held off (miraculously), the swings were strong, and the generosity was even stronger. On a cloudy-but-dry day at Dean Golf Club(add link), we teed off for a cause close to our hearts, raising an incredible £1,585 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
