ABOUT US

Your National Delivery Partner for Accessible and Future Ready Housing.

PROCare is one of the UK's leading manufacturers, survey providers and specialist suppliers of accessible bathrooms, wetrooms, adapted kitchens and inclusive living solutions.

Since 2001, we have helped housing providers, local authorities, occupational therapists, contractors and developers create safer, more accessible homes that support independence, dignity and long term wellbeing.

Operating nationally from our North West headquarters, we support more than 20,000 installations and complete over 15,000 specialist surveys every year. Through a combination of manufacturing, surveying, technical expertise, occupational therapy input, logistics and product innovation, we help organisations deliver adaptation programmes

more effectively and prepare homes for the future.

Today, PROCare supports some of the UK's largest housing providers through a complete end to end delivery model designed specifically for the challenges facing the housing sector.

Supporting the Sector's Biggest Challenges

Housing providers face increasing pressure to support ageing populations, reduce adaptation waiting lists, improve resident outcomes, manage existing housing stock and deliver better value from limited budgets.

At the same time, demand for accessible homes continues to grow. We believe the challenge is no longer identifying need. The challenge is delivering solutions at the scale and speed required. That is why PROCare has evolved beyond being a product supplier.

We work as a delivery partner, helping organisations reduce delays, simplify specification, improve consistency and create homes that continue to work for residents as their needs change over time.

Our Fit for Our Future Approach

Fit for Our Future is our long term commitment to helping housing providers prepare homes, services and delivery programmes for the realities of an ageing population.

It is built around five key principles:

• Future ready homes
• Delivery excellence
• Smarter asset management
• Independent living
• Housing readiness

By combining practical delivery expertise with long term thinking, we help organisations move from reactive adaptation programmes towards proactive housing readiness. The result is homes that protect assets, support people and deliver better outcomes for decades to come.

Built on Family Values. Focused on the Future.

Founded in 2001 by Brian Lee and Antony Turton, PROCare remains a family owned business with a strong culture built around integrity, innovation, collaboration, respect and pride. While we have grown into a national organisation, our focus remains unchanged. We believe every adaptation represents a person who wants to remain independent, a family seeking reassurance and an organisation striving to deliver the right outcome.
