PROCare is proud to join Sutton Housing Society in inviting industry professionals to go behind the scenes and explore their innovative approach to redefining senior living.
On the morning of 8th October 2025, Sutton is hosting Aiming Higher, a free industry event bringing together housing experts, contractors, occupational therapists, and innovators in accessible and independent living. PROCare’s in-house brand, Invisible Creations®, will also be on hand to showcase its stylish dual-purpose grab rails, adaptive kitchens, and future-proofed home adaptations – all designed to put independence, dignity, and practical design first.

Sutton has been pioneering senior living rooftop or airspace developments, building homes on top of existing buildings to create much-needed, affordable housing without purchasing additional land. Across 170 new homes, many are already occupied, and the developments show how high-impact, scalable solutions can meet urban
housing demand while delivering exceptional living spaces for older people.

Attendees at Aiming Higher will have the chance to:
Hear from Chief Executive Robin Roberts, rooftop technical and design experts, and senior living innovators
Visit new rooftop developments and specialist senior living homes
Gain insights into planning, delivery challenges, and inclusive design solutions
Discover the latest independent living technology and accessible home adaptations
Meet residents, industry experts, and specialist suppliers

Robin Roberts, Chief Executive at Sutton Housing Society, said:
“Aiming Higher is an opportunity for the industry to hear Sutton’s senior living story, learn from our experiences, and see what can be achieved even by smaller landlords. Our aspirations have been bold, and we want to share the possibilities with others.”
Laura Wood from PROCare added:
“At PROCare, we’ve spent over 20 years working with social housing providers to create safer, smarter spaces. Through Invisible Creations®, we’re proving that adaptations can be both stylish and practical. It’s about independence, dignity, and design – because homes should be a haven, not a hospital.”
Free tickets are limited, and priority is given to housing professionals. People outside the social housing sector are welcome to register an interest, with attendance at the organisers’ discretion.
