Manufactured to aircraft quality standards from solid GRP to give exceptional strength with no risk of delamination and debonding.
  Now with a flat underside, installation time in wood floors is dramatically reduced.
  Slippage or float during installation is eliminated - the ribbed design of the underside allows the former to key into soft cement screed whilst levelling the former.
  Solid GRP construction allows Tuff Form 2 to be trimmed to length or fitted around awkward shapes (such as boxed in pipe work or stacks) without losing any structural integrity.
  Superb strength - tested to withstand the high loads typically created by a 30 stone (190kg) wheelchair user with carer in attendance.
  Pre-formed fixing holes around the perimeter allow the installer to select the most suitable fixing holes for the installation. A thin web section at the base of each hole allows the unused holes to be easily filled without the filler escaping to the underside of the former.
